PLC fire brigade - safety at the highest level:
In collaboration with the PLC fire brigade, we develop solutions that help to maximise safety in complex industrial areas. Our innovative systems continuously monitor production processes and recognise potential dangers in advance so that we can intervene quickly and precisely before unforeseen downtimes or dangerous situations occur.

The digital twin - simulation and optimisation in real time:
By using digital twins, we offer a revolutionary method of accurately simulating industrial processes and systems in a virtual environment. This enables us to simulate real scenarios in real time in order to identify weak points at an early stage and implement targeted optimisation measures. With this technology, we can make precise predictions and sustainably improve systems.

AI in anomaly detection - early detection for maximum efficiency:

What is the TOP 100 innovation competition?

The TOP 100 innovation competition is one of the most prestigious awards for medium-sized companies in Germany. Every year, over 3,000 companies apply to be included in the exclusive ‘Club of Excellence’.

The assessment is based on a scientifically sound procedure and focuses on three central categories:
 

✔ Companies with up to 50 employees (blue automation was honoured here!)
✔ Companies with 51 to 200 employees 
✔ Companies with more than 200 employees
 

The jury recognises companies that can demonstrate outstanding innovation management, a creative corporate culture and pioneering technologies.
